Plumage & Poetry:

The Dance of Time

In traditional Chinese culture, the peacock is revered as the 'Bird of Nine Virtues.' its lifelong devotion symbolizing enduring love and fidelity.

The Macau Timepiece Museum houses a collection of peacock-themed pocket watches, each breathes the curator's own romance: his beloved's dance once painted air with peacock grace, each step a sonnet—now answered by his horological sonatas in gleaming gold.

When enamel masters danced their brushes, none inspired more than the peacock. From these forgotten masterpieces arises the Plumira series, where 19th-century grandeur is reborn as poetry for the modern muse

Design Concept

The 33mm case reinterprets 1980s geometric aesthetics—its polygonal lines dancing in perfect harmony with the iridescent splendor of peacock plumage, creating a timeless dialogue between retro elegance and modern sophistication. Crafted with nature's artistry, each dial showcases naturally-shed peacock feathers, meticulously arranged through centuries-old plumasserie techniques—a testament to the marriage of heritage craftsmanship and horological innovation.

Inspired by museum treasures, this collection pays homage to the legendary pairs of Chinese market pocket watches in mirror-image. Each matching set of Plumira Duo timepieces undergoes rigorous feather selection—with hundreds of specimens carefully compared to achieve perfect symmetrical harmony—fulfilling the poetic Chinese ideal of "perfect pairing”, where two souls become one reflection.

Nature's Poetry,

Captured in Time

The feather art of Plumira series shares the same exquisite spirit as China's traditional Dian Cui (kingfisher feather) art. Adhering to ethical sourcing principles, each timepiece exclusively incorporates naturally molted blue peacock feathers—each meticulously selected for its harmonious hue and intricate patterning.

Nature's Poetry,

Captured in Time

Through a rigorous 72-hour thermal stabilization process, the feathers retain their natural brilliance before being carefully trimmed and assembled by master artisans. The result is a dial that shimmers with silken radiance—each watch a singular masterpiece of time. The mesmerizing gradient of the peacock's eye, transitioning from sapphire depths to emerald greens before settling into amber warmth, resembles an aurora captured beneath glass. Every play of light becomes a whispered dialogue with nature.

Nature's Poetry,

Captured in Time

The case is crafted from eco-renewable alloys, designed for sustainable circularity—fulfilling environmental stewardship while achieving horological excellence.

This organic elegance finds perfect counterpoint in the high-polished swordshaped hands—a sublime union of nature's unique beauty and peerless craftsmanship.
